We do our best to fulfill and ship orders out within 5-7
business days for all engraved items.

All custom made signs will have communication through the
creating process. Please email before placing your order if you need a specific
date in mind to have a project completed. 

Due to the nature of the product being personalized, all sales are final; therefore, we do not accept returns or exchanges. We highly suggest that the customer always double-check spelling, symbols, and graphics (if applicable) before placing an order. We cannot be held responsible for any errors or mistakes made by the customers.

However, if there is an issue with your order , such as damage due to shipping or any manufacturing defect, within 2 days of receiving your item, please contact us directly via email at evergreenartisaninfo@gmail.com along with photos of the damage to discuss.

We do not send any finished, engraved, or cut proofs. The only proof you will receive is for digital design layouts.

Yes we can! When placing any order if you would like something customized, be sure to either select the 'custom' option and include your JPEG image in the file upload section, or send us an email and we
will follow up and discuss your idea and which item you would like. Think,
recipes on cutting boards, your childs handwriting on a beer bottle opener for
fathers day. The options are truely endless!

We ask that all logos be sent in black and white and in either PNG or SVG format. For any item you need replicated (anything handwritten, well-lit), please either upload or email us a JPEG image in the highest file size possible from a well lit area. We'll reach out to you if there are any problems replicating these and if we need a better quality image.
