What is your turnaround time?

We do our best to fulfill and ship orders out within 5-7 business days for all engraved items.

What is your Return/Refund Policy?

Due to the nature of the product being personalized all sales are final, therefore we do not accept returns or exchanges. We highly suggest that the customer always double check spelling, symbols and graphics (if applicable) before placing an order. We cannot be held responsible for any errors or mistakes made by the customers.

However if there is an issue with your order such as, damage due to shipping or any manufacturing defect within 2 days of receiving your item, please contact us directly via email at info@evergreenartisan.com along with photos of the damage to discuss.

Do you send photos of finished products before shipping it out?

We do not send any finished engraved and or cut proofs. The only proof you will recieve is for digital design layouts.

Can you engrave my recipe or design on your products?

Yes we can! When placing any order if you would like something customized, be sure to either select the 'custom' option and include your JPEG image in the file upload section, or send us an email and we will follow up and discuss your idea and which item you would like. Think, recipes on cutting boards, your childs handwriting on a beer bottle opener for fathers day. The options are truely endless!

I already have a design what format should I send you?

We ask that all logos be sent in black and white and in either PNG or SVG format. For any item you need replicated (anything hand written) please either upload or email us at JPEG image in the highest file size possible from a well lit area. We will connect with you if there are any problems replicating these and if we need a better quality image. 

Is shipping included in my quote?

Shipping is provided separately from the quote itself. Usually shipping runs around 40.00 but will depend on your location and the size of your item. We have no control over shipping rates unfortuanately. 

Do you offer international shipping?

Not yet, we only offer shipping within the continental United States

Can I pick up an order?

Yes, local pick up is available in Rice Lake, Wisconsin. Please select the local pick-up option at checkout. An email with the address and pick up instructions will be emailed to you when your order is ready.

 

Cutting Boards

Why is the engraving on my board lighter or darker than what is shown on your website?

Because our boards are made of all natural woods, the engraving will vary depending on the specific grains of that board. Each board will be unique and one of a kind allowing each board to engrave differently.  

Do you apply any finishes to your cutting boards?

No, we do not apply any type of finish to our boards. However we can offer suggestions to extend the life of your cuttingboards by using foodgrade cutting board oil you can find at any big box store.

Are the cutting boards dishwasher safe?

The boards are hand wash only, use warm water with mild dish soap and handdry. Do not place your boards in the dishwasher and try to not submerge in water in the sink.
